Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders for coffee, matcha, drinkware, accessories, and related bundles are prepared and delivered within the available checkout regions.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 2–4 business days. These estimates are not guarantees and exclude weekends, holidays, carrier interruptions, severe weather, address corrections, and high-volume periods.

Shipping charges and order details

Any free-shipping offer or shipping charge is determined at checkout. Customers must provide an accurate name, complete delivery address, and reachable contact details. Changes cannot always be made after fulfillment begins.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking is sent when available. A delayed scan does not always mean a parcel is lost. For a late, missing, carrier-marked delivered, damaged, or incomplete shipment, contact us with the order number and supporting photographs when relevant. We will review carrier records and may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution after verification.

Restrictions

Some destinations, products, carriers, or addresses may be unavailable. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot legally or practically be delivered.
