Requests are considered when an item arrives damaged or defective, the wrong item is delivered, or the product materially differs from its listing.
Eligibility and timing
Contact us within 30 days after delivery. This is not a change-of-mind or no-reason return program. Used consumables, ordinary preference differences, and issues reported outside the review period are not automatically eligible.
What to provide
Include the order number, ordering email, a clear description of the problem, and photographs or video showing the item, packaging, label, and damage or defect. Do not send anything back without written authorization and return instructions.
Review and resolution
We may request additional evidence and may deny incomplete, altered, misused, or unverifiable claims. An approved claim may be resolved by replacement, a partial refund, or a refund to the original payment method. Replacement availability is not guaranteed, and bank posting time is outside our control.
