Credit and debit card options shown on the live checkout page are the payment methods available for an order. Card details must be accurate and the selected provider must authorize the transaction before fulfillment.
Authorization and review
An authorization hold is not always a completed charge. A provider or the merchant may verify, delay, decline, or cancel a transaction that is incomplete, inconsistent, high risk, or suspected to be unauthorized. Never send a full card number through support channels.
Totals and refunds
Product prices, taxes, shipping charges, and the final total appear before submission. Bank posting, currency conversion, declined-payment explanations, hold releases, and chargeback timing are controlled by the relevant financial institution. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method and may require additional processing time.
